I need help.

I have finally admitted defeat and know I need some advice, please, because I just cannot seem to orgasm, ever at all.

I think part of the problem is I am very uptight about sex, it hurts when he enters me because i tense up without realising, and I can never seem to acheive any sort of orgasm unless I am on top or in total control.
And it's really starting to ruin my sex life, because I am just not interested any more :S

And it's allright saying you;'re too tense, just relax, but this is something I have been trying to beat for the last couple of years (basically since I started having sex) and it's just no good.
I can't win, I need help.

Cranberry Question

Does anyone recall the minimal acceptable % of cranberry juice in what you're drinking to prevent a post-sex UTI? (I realize 100% is ideal-it wasn't an option this morning) The grocery store I stopped in on the way home this morning didn't have anything better than 27% cranberry, although it's not a cocktail or a sweetened juice.

(I thought this was posted before, perhaps I missed it in the memories or something?)

Ok, so here's my question... i CAN'T orgasm from other girls!! I have never had an orgasm with anyone but myself. I'm slightly self concious about my body, but not enough that it should impede my ability to get off. I'm not tense or anything, and i get aroused quite easily, but unless i take care of it myself... no one has made me orgasm. Does anyone know what this could be from. I haven't had any traumatizing experiences or anything... its always been this way.

what happens if you take two pills on the same day, accidentally. ?

situation : saturday, i went to take my last ( dark blue ) pill (orthotricyclen) before my placebos. but, it was gone. it had been pushed out, so i must have taken two in one day accidentally. the thing is... there was no pill left for saturday. do i treat it like i missed a pill ? am i less protected because i've "missed" a pill right before the placebos? what'd going down with my body ?

Getting an IUD Wthout First Having a Child?

Hey!

I would love to get an IUD, but I've never been pregnant. From research, I've learned that many health care practicioners are loathe to give people like me (read: never had a full term pregnancy) an IUD.

So, I'm wondering if any of you have an IUD, but have not yet had children. I don't want to go on the pill again - it made me moody, raised my blod pressure (which is already high) and I gained weight.
