how many ways are there for a woman to orgasm from penetration only? im under the impression that it can only be done by g spot stimulation and seeing as im 16 and not a sex therapist yet, i could be wrong. im having this really sophomoric debate with a guy/man who is 11 years older than me and i would appreciate some answers.
thanks in advance.

Not really vagina-related.
But I am trying to get my really good guy friend to go to PP and get tested for STDs with me (basically I don't want to go alone), anyways he is convinced that they are going to stick a cuetip up his dick or something. I have no idea what male STD testing is like so I can't tell him. Does anyone know what they do to test guys for STD's?

So I can't sleep and was reading the monistat tubes, because I have that kind of time. On the stuff for your vulva it says in bold letters -and I quote- "do not take by mouth or use in eyes". Now I'm just sitting here imagining someone "hmm..vagina..vagina..now where is that? ...well..i guess i'll just swallow it, it'll get there eventually.." I can definately see a mistake if the word vaginal cream wasn't printed on everything in huge letters! lol I love it. I rilly want to know why they had to put "do not use in eyes" too.

By the way, does anyone know God's number? I just want to thank him for making most of my vagina without nerves. From what I can feel the monistat burns like heck. >_< I'm praying this isn't an allergic reaction.

Hope that made someone laugh. Cause, yanno. What good is an infection without humor? Yeah. I don't know either. lol

Hullo. I'm obviously new to this community. I'm 14 and I've been menstruating since I was 11.

I awoke this morning at approximately 4:30 with a terribly bleedy feeling, knowing that I had started my period (after waiting for three weeks!). I went downstairs with a terriblely nauseating stomachache that ensued until I sat down at the kitchen table with water, Midol, and anti-nausea medicine before me. It felt as if I were pouring blood, but it ended up being a few patches instead. Now it feels as if it's stopped completely. Any specific reason for this, or is it the average patchy period?

I'm sure I've been PMSing for over a week, and I had been waiting for longer than two weeks for the bleedin' to start, but it didn't.

Also, I'm curious to know why it's normal to experience crapping-out-the-guts (diahrrea) during a period.

Thanks.

skin tags

for those of you with skin tags in your vagina:

do they have any feeling in them?? my skin tag was a result of a band of skin inside my vagina breaking during sex; the tag is the remaining fragment of skin. (it doesn't look as unusual as it probably sounds.) i assumed that it had nerve endings because it hurt so badly when it broke several months ago, but i inadvertantly pinched it yesterday, and i literally couldn't feel a thing - couldn't even tell i was touching it.

so my question is: do skin tags have nerve endings??

Ok...
First time going to the gyno. To go on birth control. I have a pretty good idea of what goes on there.
But one question. Last Friday I smoked pot and I was just wondering if they made me give blood or anything to where they could find out?! And does Birth control make you gain a lot of weight?!
Thankz
Xo.

I don't know if anyone remembers, but awhile ago I posted about Stayfree now making some of their pads scented (or more specifically, "Now with odor neutralizers!" which turned out to be lemon scented). Yesterday I also saw that Always is starting to make scented pads as well - I have no idea why manufacturers have decided to revive the trend of scented pads, but I think it's a crummy idea.

Anyway, I wrote to Stayfree to share my concern about scented products. They replied with a standard email apologizing for my unpleasant experience and asking for my address so that they could refund the purchase price. I emailed them back explaining that my main wish was that they make *unscented* versions of all pads or at the very least make it more apparent from the packaging that pads are scented. They sent a standardized reply to that as well, assuring me that my financial compensation was on the way. I hope they actually read what I wrote at some point.

Today I received two coupons for any of their products costing up to $5. Somewhat ironic, but useful enough for me since I can use it for ob tampons, which they haven't managed to mess with yet (luckily!).

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else has been unhappy with the new scented pads. Perhaps if they get several letters, they'll reconsider.

I read through the FAQ & while this is kind of shameless self-promotion, it does have to do with vaginas...
I write a zine, gretchen, & the third issue has several articles & essays related to periods & feminine hygiene products that might interest some of you. For more information just click the link above.

this sounds so pathetic, but is there anything you can do about a really unhappy cervix? my husband and i tried this new position that wound up giving him WAY too easy access and he hit my cervix really hard and i can barely walk/sit down/move at all without incredible pain. this never happened to me before - how long does it take to "heal"? i have a job that requires strenuous exercise which there is NO WAY i'm doing in this condition.. thanks. :x

Hey ladies!

I just have a question about vaginal dryness -- I've been going through a hellish case of it for the past few days, and it's finally starting to get better at least. At first, I thought it was the beginnings of a yeast infection, but if it was it's gone away.

I'm on Alesse-28 and have been for over a year now, and I've read online that bcp can cause dryness -- but I was under the impression that it was a constant thing. I only go through this once a month or so; I think it's starting to work with my cycle. Is this normal, or anything I should get checked out with a doctor? And if it is just a normal thing, is there anything to take care of the symptoms? Because, damn it all, it burns and can be itchy and it's just not a fun thing to go through!

im not sure if i have a uti or not. a couple of days ago it my bladder felt irritated- as if it was full and needed to be emptied. when i peed though, it didn't hurt. but once and a while, my bladded has a weird funny feeling. sometimes i can feel some pain in the middle of my back. i don't have to pee as much, but when i do, it's not painful or anything. any idea as to what's up?

i'm also thinking that it might possibly be my uterus. im not sure though. if it was, where would the pain be located; i mean where would your uterus be loacted?

thanks so much for your help.
