i just finished writing the addresses down and although i don't use the lunapads or any pads in general, i'm going to purchase some reusuable ones online and send them. every little bit helps, right? :)

I'm glad I could share this with someone who wants to help! I really want to send some reusable ones to send, but I'm a poor college student and really can't afford it :(

i am too. i've spent money that i don't even have on useless shit as soon as i got money for college!(i.e.-clothes & spending money in cancun!) but to hear that they are using bark for means of a pad is awful. the least i can do is scrounge up some money for a box of pads. reusable at that. hell- if all else fails...charge it! :)

Also, menstrual products are something that most women's shelters and food banks in North America are despretly in need of due to their cost and the fact that most food drives don't bring them in. So if you can't mail a package to Zimbabwe buy an extra pack of pads and drop it the food bank donation bin in most supermarkets.
