Feb. 24th, 2002 11:41 amhi, my name is shannon. i'm a long time member but first time posting :) I had a question. About a year ago i noticed that one of my labia was significantly bigger than the other (it wasn't before)
I've been told that it's not uncommon for a woman to have "asymmetrical labia" it's usually due to the insertion and removing of tampons (which i don't use) or masturbation. I was hoping that this could be 'curable' somehow, but apparently, once stretched, it stays that way forever. I was just wondering if this was as common as i was told it was? I still very uncomfortable about the change, but i suppose it's something to get used to and love over time.

Feb. 24th, 2002 01:02 pmI heard that the pill can cause severe birth defects in children, if you continue to take it during pregnacy. This could happen if you were pregnant and then got on the pill... What I want to know is, if this is true, why don't doctors do a mandatory pregnancy test before putting someone on the pill?
