Love is...

A man who will go buy you tampons because your stomach hurts so much you don't feel like leaving the house.

That definatly sounds like love to me. ^-^ From what I know most guys would be embarassed to get those if nothing else. I wonder if my guy would be willing to do that if I needed it done? *ponders for awhile*

I'm sure quite a few guys would do that if asked. though you'd have to make sure to tell him exactly what kind/type you want.

Amen to that.

Love is also...

Someone (http://www.livejournal.com/users/shycamp) that goes to the supermarket - to get food for period-related cravings - and then stands in the girly-supplies aisle, reading off Midol's active ingredients into his cell phone to make sure that's the one I want.

Does my husband fucking rock or what?

*grin* my mom tells stories about the first time my dad had to get pads for her, when they were engaged.... he had to go to the mom-and-pop grocery store in the small town he'd grown up in, where he had gone to high school with some kids who worked the cashiers *grin* mom says he just about bought out the store in his attempt to "disguise" the fact that he was buying feminine products. :) i can see that happening... my father grew up with no sisters and therefore was just a tiny bit "sheltered"

... my b.f., on the other hand, seems to be of the "what's all the fuss and embarrassment about?" attitutde regarding anything having to do with menstruation... he's more comfortable with the whole thing than I am. I'm honestly impressed!

Hah, I would definately agree to that one!
I always make my boyfriends do the 'loving boyfriend test'.
If they are too embarassed to buy me feminine products, then why should I date them?
It's natural. *shrug*
