is there any way that hormone levels can affect bloodsugar?

because recently, i've been having what feel like blood sugar attacks(weak, shaky, dizzy, almost blacking out, spacey feeling, slight headache sometimes...)

and i had three during the week of my period.

so i was wondering if i should chalk it up to hormones, or if i should make a doctor appointment to get that checked out..

Hello.....
I would REALLY appreciate any information on the Pill and its side affects and I would like to know reasons why it is NOT a good thing to take as birth control.
I am squeamish about possibly taking it. There is something in me telling me "Noooooooooo!!!"
