Labia swelling after abdominal surgery

N00b, made my intro here.

Two weeks ago, I had reconstructive abdominal surgery (minor panniculectomy plus liposuction for medical (i.e., not cosmetic) reasons, long story I am willing to share if anyone's curious). Ever since then, my labia and clitoral hood have been swollen and, well, puffy. Moreso than if, say, I were aroused. It's starting to get painful to wipe myself after urinating, and to even wear underwear since they rub against me. And I can't not wear undies, since I'll get very bad chaffing on my uppermost inner thighs (am dealing with that right now too, in fact, since for the first week after my surgery, I couldn't wear them because of bandaging and the like), due to my higher-than-"normal" estrogen levels that cause me to have damn near continuous vaginal discharge (just the wet stuff, nothing to indicate an infection of any kind). It's also meant that sexual activity of any kind is pretty much out of the question, which is no fun for anyone involved.

Sorry to be so confusing and long-winded, but my question is, what could be causing this swollen puffiness, and what can I do to reduce/eliminate it?

Bleeding right after finishing period

Ok, this is my first post because before this I've had no problems with my body or anything.

But now, I have something.

Well ok last Thursday I got my period. It was about a week late or so. It lasted until Monday morning, and I was pleased as I always am.

But just about 10 minutes ago, I got up and felt a bit wet. I went to the bathroom and discovered blood....

Um... I just had my period. And finished it on Monday. Completely clear from blood for all of Tuesday and Wednesday. Why do I have blood now? I'm a bit worried.

Unless my period for September (I got August's period in September) is coming super early (two days after the last one finished)?

Am I just being silly or should I be worried? Cuz I don't want another period again so soon, I was celebrating finishing the last one.....

Oh, I'm 19 and I'm not on any birth control and I haven't had sex since last year.

So here's the problem:
I can't seem to make natural lube anymore. In the beginning, we just had booty calls so I could "rev myself up" for sex and be ready by the time he came to pick me up. But now we are dating and living together so sex happens whenever and I can never get wet enough for penetration without assistance. Is there anyway I can enhance my lubrication making abilities?

And here's problem number two:
I have had a million billion orgasms. But I've never had one with my lover (or any other partner I've had). He does everything- the man has performed oral sex for almost an hour to no avail. It feels good, and sometimes I start to feel the build, but then he'll shift position or my mind will wander and I'll lose it. The majority of the times I orgasm, I am masturabating in the shower. But I know that isn't the only time I can because I've woken myself up due to climaxing in my sleep. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating. Any advice?

i was wondering, is it normal to sudddenly be allergic to lubricated condoms? to latex? the lube itself?

are there any herbal remedies to relieve cramping and an extremely heavy flow? my aunt is pre-menopausal and after her expressing interest in the divacup i am sending her a menstrual care package. i want to include things to help her feel more comfortable during menstruation. since she has bad cramping and heavy flow i was hoping you might be able to suggest teas or supplements that might help her. also, if you have any other ideas about what to include, send them my way!

Double ovulation? ...and my boyfriend's rash.

I've heard that women can release two eggs during ovulation, but is it possible to ovulate twice, a few days apart? I've been tracking my fertility for several months now, out of curiosity, and I'm quite sure I ovulated during my regular time three days ago, but today I have all the symptoms consistent with ovulation again (right down to the body temperature I always have when I ovulate.) Just curious if this is what has happened. :)

Also, this next question is about my boyfriend's penis, but seeing as it comes into contact with my vagina, I think it's relevant!

UPDATE: It turns out that all the worrying was for nothing! It turns out that when we had our flea outbreak, my boyfriend reacted worse to the fleas than I did (I didn't even notice any bites). While scratching the bites, he gave himself folliculitis of a fungal nature; it was spreading because the more it itched, the more he scratched, the more follicles got infected... The doctor prescribed 2.5% hydrocortizone and an antifungal. It isn't contagious in any way.

The doctor was so good. She went through the list of every STD, and said "it couldn't be _____ because then there'd be ______; it couldn't be ______ because there's no ______," etc. She answered all questions, and was very thorough. We need more medical professionals like her!

Thanks to everyone who replied. I guess the key now is to make sure the fleas are gone for good (they seem to have been for a little while now, but you can never tell with those little pests...) We will be following through the advice given here.

strange bleeding?

Hi everyone,
I'm on my second pack of bc (estrostep) and I take it every day at the same time. A couple weeks ago, I started having a burning sensation when I urinate. I still have that sensation now and I was prescribed antibiotics which I started today for a bladder infection. A few days ago, I started seeing small amounts of blood when I peed and then wiped. It has gotten heavier and now I have to wear a pad/tampon to be safe that it doesn't bleed through my pants. It looks/smells/feels like period blood. I'm not really sure what is going on because my period isn't due for another week. I've been having cramping and some minor backaches as well.

I had sex without a condom about three times last month, but I take my pill regularly at the same time. I'm really scared. I'm going to the doctor's on Saturday.

lumpy breasts?

OK this isn't vag related but i suppose it could be a side effect from down  there.  I know breasts get tender before your period and all that and it isnt so much the pain that worries me.   What i was wondering is if a normal breast feels kind of hard and lumpy if you sqeeze em.  I have only ever felt my own and i do not have any close friends that i could ask.  i feel like small lumps from the nipple and it gets larger towards the center of my breast.  I would hope it isn't an abnormal sort of thing since it is way below the skin.  any input would be greatly appriciated!  Thanks!
