vaginapaginaare there any herbal remedies to relieve cramping and an extremely heavy flow? my aunt is pre-menopausal and after her expressing interest in the divacup i am sending her a menstrual care package. i want to include things to help her feel more comfortable during menstruation. since she has bad cramping and heavy flow i was hoping you might be able to suggest teas or supplements that might help her. also, if you have any other ideas about what to include, send them my way!
