I have an odd sort of question for you, my fine ladies.

Last night, my SO and I had sex for the first time in a month and a half (I had my period, then I was sick, then he was sick, then he had crippling back pain, then I had my period again, then more back pain, etc.)

A typical (and very enjoyable) ingredient in our foreplay is lengthy nipple stimulation. I was laying on my side, so only my right nipple was accessible, and there was a great deal of very direct and very firm stimulation. About 15-20 minutes into it, I started to feel damp, but I brushed it off as being overstimulated, and there was a fan blowing, so I didn't think much of it.

Afterwards, I mentioned thinking I felt my nipple get wet, and he said he thought he felt the same thing. I turned on a light and sort of squeezed my nipple, and a little drop of clear moisture beaded out of the side. I couldn't get it to do it again, and my nipple is very very sore now. The whole thing was twice the size it usually is, and my breast is very tender.

What the hell happened? Did I lactate, and if so, why now, when I've never done it before?

EDIT: Thanks for all the input. I'm going to do my best to make it to a doctor in the next few days to find out what this mysterious liquid could have been. It hasn't happened since, but my nipples are very sensitive. I'll be sure to let everyone know what's up :)
