okay, so I realize this is a quite juvenile question and I apologize for it. I'm just desperate here.

my fiance and I are in a long distance relationship. I came home this weekend to see him, and he subsequently lives in the same town as my parents, so I sleep at their house and I will be spending time with them this weekend.

he and I were extremely happy to see each other and now, as a result?

hickeys.

my super conservative parents will FLIP (as they have done in the past and "demanded" that they see no more on my neck, which is just ridiculous considering I'm 21, but whatever).

I need to get these gone, FAST. I realize I can use scarves and things to try and hide them but I need remedies that will actually reduce the bruising asap. I'm willing to try most anything.

thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

ive heard more than a few people say something about a lipstick cap.
take the lipstick cap off and twist it on the hickey.

That's the technique I use. None of my boyfriends were big on hickeys til my current one.. I've got 3 going on right now. It wouldn't be so bad but he leaves them in ridiculously obvious spots. (I have one under each side of my jaw where my jawbone connects, yeah, ridiculous, right? And then one on my collarbone.) One thing to be careful about though is not to twist/scrape too hard or you'll just make it worse. :P
