Sea sponges?

Hello there. I hope this isn't redundant; I've done a quick search but couldn't see anything similar being asked. I'm wondering where I'd be able to find natural sea sponges - to be used during my period - in the UK. I know it might seem a fairly obvious quesion but I've checked all the usual suspects (Holland & Barret, Superdrug, Boots, a few supermarkets) and all I can find are baby sponges which are synthetic and often dyed, ie. not something I'd be looking forward to introducing to my body! Is there even anything online that's based in the UK? I know a lot of you girls won't be from the UK but if anyone is and has a suggestion I'd be ever so grateful :)

Thank you, I appreciate the link! I used the search engine before I posted this to check there wasn't anything obviously being duplicated but that will give me some more general info which is always good :)
