Starting Tea Tree Oil Suppository/Pessaries

Should I wait until after I'm done with my period to start taking my tea tree oil suppository (pessary)?

Also, should I take it at night so it stays in longer, or just anytime during the day?

I'll definately be taking them at night, and I think I'll wait a week or so to start.
