Hey There.

Lately, I've been working at a summer camp and become extremely hot and sweaty, as well as when I work out after camp. However, I notice that when Im outside and I'm sweaty I get a lot more discharge ( it's clear and sticky) but it's irritating, since it's so hot. I was curious if anyone else deals with these issues and if there's a way to prevent yourself from sweating so much?

Thanks!

Soap isn't good tot use on the vulva. the skin of the vulva is more sensitive than your eyes. Soap can be very irritating, and drying to the vulva. It can also encourage infections and itching. Also, the vulva and vagina is self cleaning and you don't need to use soap in the area, rinsing with warm water should be enough. You can however use soap on the outer lips and public area, just not on the vuvla directly.
