Hey There.

Lately, I've been working at a summer camp and become extremely hot and sweaty, as well as when I work out after camp. However, I notice that when Im outside and I'm sweaty I get a lot more discharge ( it's clear and sticky) but it's irritating, since it's so hot. I was curious if anyone else deals with these issues and if there's a way to prevent yourself from sweating so much?

Thanks!

I love Carefree pantyliners. The suckers stick like no other, and I keep some handy in my "tampon bag" at all times not only for heavy period days, but for hot days when I'm sweaty like this. I've also taken to wearing them when I'm wearing a thinner type of dress pant at the office (think gaucho pants) because even though I know nobody else can smell my discharge, I feel better about it.

In addition I absolutely adore Carefree's feminine wipes. They're individually packaged so they're also easy to throw in the "tampon bag". On those days when I'm extra hot/sweaty or during my period when things get messy, I adore having a wet wipe to use discreetly wherever I am. They honestly refresh the vulva area in my opinion - they easily clean up any stray discharge/smegma/blood and leave the area odorless.

My "tampon bag" should be renamed to my "feminine emergency bag". Haha. By the way it's just a small makeup bag that I always keep in my purse. Never know when I'll want a pantyliner or when a friend will need a tampon. :)

Oh, I forgot to mention that the Carefree's are so thin I can't even feel them - and this is from someone who will absolutely not use a pad under any circumstances. We're talking I'll drive 25 minutes to the 24 hour Walgreens or Wal-mart at 2am if I'm out of tampons rather than borrow a pad. I just can't stand them. Really they blend right in with the feeling of your undies (unless you wear thongs in which case I think they make a thong liner too) they just protect your undies from absorbing all the moisture and making you uncomfortable for the rest of the day.
