Hi, my name is Chloe, and I'm currently bleeding from my girlparts.
This isn't something I'd normally mention, but the cramping that's been going along with the bleeding this month is really bad. It's been increasing month by month, and I was wondering- is this a natural thing, does it maybe go in cycles, or is it a possible sign of a problem?

Also, I find that if I take an ibuprofen at the very, very first cramp-like twinge, I often can avoid having them entirely.
As other posters have said, if the cramps get really bad and are happening every month, going to the doctor would be a good idea. Even if there is nothing wrong (I have horrible cramps sometimes, but not endometriosis or cysts or anything -- just bad luck), a doctor can give you more options for pain management.
Anyway, I hope you're feeling better. :)
