Is it worth a morning after?

Alright well I have an extreme tendancy to overreact about almost anything so you can imagine how I deal with after-sex thoughts.
Well today my boyfriend wore a condom, and I got up before he cummed, and well he did and we looked down and we saw that the tip of the condom was still inside me and had been pulled off half way.
Is there anything that should leave me to believe I got some sperm inside me, I'm only extremely concerned because it's in my nature and it's also a week after my period, being my fertile week.
Do you suggest going to planned parenthood tommorow and buying the morning after pill, I'm aware it's about 30 dollars, which I'll obtain somehow, and it'll make me feel like shit. But it's hiding it from my parents which will concern me, do I need to have thier consent? And 30 dollars is a lot for something that might not be nessecery at all. Will my 34 year old sister's prescene be enough or will I need a parent?

It rocked.
