Bleeding and cramps after sex???

Hey all. Freaking out a bit...

No I didn't just lose my virginity. I've been having sex with only my boyfriend for the last year. But today after we had sex I started getting this cramp in my left side. Now, about three hours later there's light blood coming out of my vagina. NOT period blood, my period was last week! What is this?????

Can the condom come off without either of you noticing?

Saturday night my boyfriend and I had sex, and right when he was at the point of ejaculation, I accidentally moved so that his penis slipped out. I quickly reinserted, and when he pulled out again after that I did see that the condom was still on, and that it had caught his bodily fluids. However I am worried that during the quick insertion move it is possible that the condom rolled up or something and that it might have caused me to come into contact with his ejaculate.

I asked whether it was okay, and he assured me it was. We have been dating 8 months, and he knows how paranoid I can be about condom safety because I am not on any hormonal birth control. So I feel sure that he wouldn't tell me it was okay when he thought it wasn't, but that doesn't mean that maybe he didn't notice a problem.

My question is is it possible for condoms to roll up during sex yet still appear correctly worn after?

Is it possible for the ejaculate to leak down the sides? Or does the suction sort of prevent that from happening?

I use a phone app to track my periods and ovulation and according to that, I was in the first day of high fertility with ovulation occurring five days later. Pregnancy can't occur until ovulation, right?

I have a great fear of pregnancy because it's hard for me to rely on condoms alone after being on HBC for about six years. However, I am in my mid twenties now and I worry that prolonged use of the pill will mess with my fertility... even though I know there is not any established link between infertility and birth control use. But I probably won't have children until I'm around 30, and I just don't want to compound my decreasing fertility at that age (yes I know it's not entirely reasonable)... It has already changed the heaviness of my cycle and has not reverted back, even though I've been off the pill since the tail end 2011. Also, due to horrible timing with some debit card issues and having to go out of town I do not have access to my bank account and cannot afford a Plan B so I feel stuck, and all I can do is hope the condom was fine and it didn't somehow squeeze itself out or something.

What do you guys think?

I have a Mirena IUD and have some brown spotting ever few months. I haven't had sex in quite some time, so it never bugs me. But this weekend a guy I REALLLLY like is coming up and we've had some talks about sleeping together, and now what's happened? I have brown spotting. He comes up on Friday. I'm looking for ANNNYYY way you loves can think of to stop this. It's not much at this point, so I'm hoping it stays this way. I think it started becuase I used some Monistat least week for a YI.

Anyway, this needs to go away! Anything?!?!

Hi VPers! I've been in the community for a long time, but never as a poster, so bear with me as I have a couple questions to ask.

I am using Nuva Ring as my form of HBC. Today, I had unprotected sex twice within 5 hours of each other. My partner is rather large, so the ring ended up coming out of me. To be safe, I decided to go take a EMC. I got the generic brand Next Choice where you take two pills. I've already taken the first. After looking @ my calendar, I noticed that tomorrow I'm supposed to take out my Nuva Ring. I've already started to spot, which I see is a regular side effect of Next Choice. I guess my question is, will the conjunction of the two medicines cause any issues? As in, will the EMC be less effective since it was taken right before my ring-less week?

My other question is, for those using Nuva Ring have you ever had an issue with it slipping out during intercourse? I've never had an issue with previous partners, but my new partner is larger than those in my past, so I wonder if this is the issue? I push it up as far as it goes, but it ends up slipping out. Any suggestions? I'd swtich my HBC, but I've been using Nuva Ring for years because I'm terrible at remembering to take a pill.

UTI treatments

Hi VPers! I have a UTI (my very first one, woo!) that won't go away. It's been very mild in terms of any physical symptoms, but about 2 weeks ago I noticed blood in my urine, went to the doc for a blood/urine test, and he confirmed it was a UTI. I was prescribed 3 days of antibiotics and took those, only a few days after the blood in my urine came back.

I was prescribed a second, longer, stronger course of antibiotics and the one dose I took did NOT sit well with me. I had an allergic reaction and thus in replacement, have been prescribed another option. By this point, though, I'm not noticing the blood in my urine anymore.

Here's my question before I start this 3rd antibiotic: I am a) afraid to take another antibiotic with the potential for another allergic reaction and b) not seeing what caused me to realize I had a UTI in the first place, but don't want to ignore anything that may be lying dormant. Is there anything I can do outside of prescription drugs that might help? I've heard of cranberry pills to prevent UTI's, but can they help cure?
