I'm in a really great relationship with my bf. We have been dating for over a year and its the most serious,stable relationship we've both been in. While he is my first serious relationship (first sex partner too) , he has had a bunch of girlfriends and many hookups prior to me. Even though our sex life and relationship are amazing, I can't help but wonder if I'm missing anything sexually ... if any other fish are out in the sea you know? I would never cheat on him, because I value what we have too much. I feel guilty for thinking this way, because what we have is so great... and we see us staying together for a long time.
Is this just a commitment issue on my part? Has anybody else felt like this before? What did you do about it?

A Question for Mommies!

Ok, first a little explanation.  I don't know if anyone remembers, but I posted a couple of weeks ago because I thought I might be pregnant, but wasn't sure.  I haven't tested yet because I figured it was all in my head and I hadn't missed my period yet.  Well, I've been getting increasingly tired, and I had something a little strange happen to me at work this morning.  I was sitting at my desk and started feeling really nauseous, so I ate an apple and I felt a little better.  About 20 minutes later I had to pee again, so I went into the bathroom and there was another woman in there and I could smell her perfume.  Her perfume didn't smell bad, but it smelled really strong to me and I almost got sick right then and there.  I also noticed early this morning outside of my apartment that I could smell the strong scent of two different mens colognes, but there was no one outside.  I feel like some of my symptoms are swaying more towards pregnancy now than a couple of weeks ago, when it was more so that I just felt weird.  I should start my period within the next 4-5 days, so I plan on testing after I get my period or if I skip it (my mom bled when she was pregnant with me so I don't want to take any chances).

Here is my question for all of the mommies in the community:  What symptoms did you first notice that made you think you were pregnant?  Were there any odd symptoms you had that you thought were strange at the time?  I've read symptoms online so I am very familiar with the common symptoms, but I would love to hear your stories of how you felt and what that first odd symptom was that made you think that you must be pregnant.

I was looking for some reviews on this product. I have heard it doesn't cause razor burn whatsoever... does that mean I can shave against the grain down there and not have any irritation? Or is this all hype? If you have used this product, what are your thoughts on it?

More Pill troubles

So, I posted a few days ago about not getting my period at all... and now it has sort of happened? That is, I'm getting bits of membrane when I used the toilet or when I wipe, but no blood. Is this normal?!

ETA I should add that I've posted before about not getting my period on the pill Yaz, and I'm on my fifth day of placebos. Everyone here and my endo told me this was normal, so I relaxed, and now this is happening, LOL! Can't a girl catch a break?

Also, on a slightly unrelated note, has anyone tried this lube and have any reviews? I'm trying to find one that doesn't fail as horribly as KY.

Sex inducing periods?

A funny thing has recently started happening with my periods. Right around the time my period should be starting (after going off BC 2 years or so ago I have become horrible about charting it and just generally have a rough idea of when it's supposed to happen) I'll have sex with my boyfriend. After we're done and we go to the bathroom to clean up and pee we'll notice, "holy crap!" - both of our genitalias are fairly covered in blood, like the same amount as when we have sex when (knowingly) on my period. It's also pretty bright red, not brown or anything like when my period normally starts starting, if that makes sense. We're pretty sure it's not anything like him cumming blood b/c it's never happened outside of that time period of right before my period. There is absolutely no pain associated with this on either of our ends. I'll wipe and get it all off and even stick up TP up there and get some of it and the spooj out of my hooha, stick a tampon in and go to bed. The funny this is I won't have any blood on the tampon or even spotting the next day. We'll have sex that night or the day after and lo and behold, same phenomenom. After the 2nd or 3rd time this happens my period will finally actually start and I stop wasting tampons, haha. This time so far we had sex the night before last and so far no period.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or knows why it would be happening? I can't imagine it's anything to be worried about, but who knows, maybe it is? Well, I'm w/o health insurance so no go even it is, but I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has similiar experiences or knowledge.

Appointments at Planned Parenthood

I know every planned parenthood is different but I'm curious. 
My friend is asking me to go with her to planned parenthood tomorrow just to be checked out in general. She doesn't have an appointment and is saying she can just "walk-in". Do they allow this or should she call in the morning (they are closed now) and find out if they have an appointment available for her tomorrow?

Condom breaking?

Alright, so this is obviously the first time I've had this issue and I really need some opinions seeing as how my inexperienced friends can't exactly provide me with some useful advice and whatnot. :[ Not to mention, I'm really freaked.

I've been sexually active for a long while and I've had several partners. Last night, I was with my guy and things got a bit heated. However, when it was all over for him (I've never orgasmed with a guy before), he pulled out and went to the bathroom to get rid of the condom. Unfortunately, he flushed it down the toilet and when I sat up, I noticed I had a lot of white-ish clear fluid coming out of me... like dripping out. I know I didn't orgasm but he insists that I did and just didn't realize it (justification, probably). I'm prettyyyy sure I would realize it if that had been the case. I could have been just extremely wet? I've never had that happened to me before, though.

When I got home afterward and went to the bathroom, I saw a teeny piece of the condom "down there" about the size of a pupil maybe, I'd say (just for a visual, no pun intended). Anyway, I've been really concerned about it and I think I've started to get him all worried, too.

Also, I'm not sure what the legal situation is with Plan B in Florida or whether I even need to entertain the idea of taking it.

Any thoughts, questions, or suggestions??

Epidurals

I wasn't sure where to ask this so I thought I would try you ladies.

I had an epidural in 2007 and have noticed since then, although not constant at all, a tight pulling pain that extends from my waist line down my left leg. I notice it a lot when I stand for long periods and when I'm on my period. I was just wondering if this could be related to the epidural I had? anyone else get this after having one?

Defunct ring?

I've been on birth control for three years, and the nuva ring for 2.  Usually when I put in the ring, my period stops within 48 hours.  This time when I put in the ring my period kept going.  I put it in on Monday morning, and now (Wed. night) my flow is much heavier.  Heavy the way it is in the very middle of my period.  Any ideas as to why this is happening?  My only ideas were that it could be a "dud" ring with no hormones in it, or I have some kind of awful problem.  Plus, I just moved to a new town, don't have a new Dr. yet, and don't really want to test one out with these sypmtoms.

parsley to end a period more quickly?

So you know how parsley tea can (depending on the individual) be used to start a period a couple of days earlier than usual? Does this mean that drinking the tea during one's period could shorten it?

For example, let's say my period usually lasts 6 days. On day 3, I decide that it would be more convenient this month if it finished a bit earlier than scheduled. Could I use parsley tea to encourage this? I'm thinking it could cause heavier bleeding, but in a shorter amount of time. Which would be nice, since it seems the last few days are light bleeding/discharge, just an annoying slow trickle of whatever's left up there, and I have to play the waiting game before my vagina is suitable for social interaction again. Anyway. Thoughts?
