Hurts to pee

I went to the gyno a couple hours ago. She did a 'vaginal swab' but, she put it in my pee hole, and I have no clue why. But, it was extremely painful. After that...I got lightheaded. 

When I went to go pee afterwords, it was seriously horrible and it was bleeding.

Now, five hours later, I need to pee...but it's serious so excruciating....what should i do?

another time i know that it is sometimes done is when a medic sees inflammation/skin break down around the urethra and the catch has been clear of infection....
