Hurts to pee

I went to the gyno a couple hours ago. She did a 'vaginal swab' but, she put it in my pee hole, and I have no clue why. But, it was extremely painful. After that...I got lightheaded. 

When I went to go pee afterwords, it was seriously horrible and it was bleeding.

Now, five hours later, I need to pee...but it's serious so excruciating....what should i do?

Just my personal feelings, but this community is for helping people, and offering useful input whenever possible. I'm not sure that making fun of the OP really fits into that standard.
