 I called my doctor today because I'm still freaking out.

I told her about the bleeding 3 or 4 days after sex.

She said "I know a lot of women who experience implantation bleeding that soon after sex. I would bet you are pregnant. Come in to see me and let's talk about your options."

My boobs are sore, I'm crampy, my period isn't coming, you guys I think this is it.

I've never been this scared in my entire life.

Honestly -- I hung up on her and told myself to (try to) not listen to her.

It was protected with a condom. Thinking back, there were no breaks, tears, problems with the condom.

The bleeding 3-4 days after sex just seems so weird. I know there are other reasons, this one just seems so likely.

Here is how I try to look at my own vagina-crises: if I read this in vp, what would I tell the poster? That kind of makes it easier to regain objectivity.

Are you able to and/or interested in making a complaint to the clinic/office/practice? It can sometimes be a valuable and empowering thing to do. (And specific feedback, even when it's not positive, can help providers improve their care.)

Also, in your other post, I think you mentioned having access to a counselor? Would it be possible to see them sooner rather than later? It seems like this situation is causing you some pretty intense stress.

it seems likely because you're SOOO worried about it =) trust me, been there... when I finally took a pregnancy test I was nearly smacked by everyone around me for wasting money on it because it was sooo obvious I wasn't pregnant... but of course late period = PREGNANCY PANIC!
