I called my doctor today because I'm still freaking out.

I told her about the bleeding 3 or 4 days after sex.

She said "I know a lot of women who experience implantation bleeding that soon after sex. I would bet you are pregnant. Come in to see me and let's talk about your options."

My boobs are sore, I'm crampy, my period isn't coming, you guys I think this is it.

I've never been this scared in my entire life.

Yeah. The more I think about it, the less I like it. Especially if you made it clear you were WORRIED about pregnancy and not HOPING FOR pregnancy. Not feeling this at ALL.

I don't remember what day your post was - how long has it been since the sex?

You have another few days until a pregnancy test would give an accurate result. I know it's REALLY hard to shake pregnancy fears, but it seems really, really, really, really unlikely that you are.

I don't remember if I suggested it in your last post, but Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a fantastic book (even if you are not interested in fertility awareness as birth control) to learn a LOT about your body/your cycle.

You're probably experiencing "phantom symptoms" - symptoms caused by your body because you think you're pregnant. Nausea is also a sign of stress.

I really think taking a blood test for pregnancy would be in your best interest.

I'VE HAD THIS. IT'S NOT MYTHICAL OR CRAZY-PEOPLE TALK. I developed one tiny symptom that could have been anything but my mind instantly jumped to pregnancy. I got so worried that other symptoms popped up; sore boobs, nausea, etc.
And your doctor should not have said that to you. Rude.

Well, no wonder you're nauseated. Goddess bless, I've gotten nausea so bad from anxiety I've spent the better part of an hour throwing up. I know that there's very little chance I can get pregnant between reproductive disorders and the fact I'm on birth control, but I've still made myself sick worrying about it.

It's very, very unlikely that you're pregnant. I'd be furious if a doctor pulled that on me based on the bleeding alone. Ugh.

because of my anxiety I've had 'morning sickness' for a MONTH! And not just a little... no, waking up and downright puking! Of course because of anxiety that made me think I was pregnant and my boobs became sore, I started getting abdominal pains, and even CRAVINGS. And yet, I'm still babyless so OP signs of pregnancy can be caused by your own mind too =)
