okay, yeast infection? scented pad? pictures of possible blisters?

i have aonther account but i'm terrified of friends finding me so i'm going to post under this sock puppet account from now on.
this will be my last post, begging for any help.

time line:
saturday, february 6th, i went to the dr for a possible yeast infection...slight itching and a white discharge. she confirmed it, and i started monistat-7 (generic) that night. that day was also the last active pill of birth control so on...
thursday, february 11th, i started my period, while still using the suppositories.
friday, february 12th, my last day, i used a tampon once, due to bleeding through all of my clothes that day and no pad being able to hold what i was bleeding. i used the last suppository that night.
saturday, fine.
sunday , feb 14th, i used a scented always pad, the regular size, ultra thin. i usually use always scented panti liners, but i slept in an odd position with this pad which made my vag not able to breathe at all and the pad was suctioned to me when i woke up. and that whole day, i had itching.
yesterday, the itching continued, worsening throughout the day, and i couldn't sleep at night.
today, i went to health services at college, mentioning the yeast infection i had last week, but completely blanking out about the pad, so i forgot to tell her that. she said she wanted to check for lesions or blisters, said she didnt find any, but i think i might have found one tonight. she gave me a prescription for diflucan and told me to fill it tonight, because though she didnt mention that she saw any yeast in the pelvic exam, she still thought thats what it might be.
so now, i'm up late. itching like HELL. i took the diflucan at 8 pm, so i'm assuming it shouldnt start working until at least the morning. but still, i examined myself, more extensively than i have before, so what i found MAY have always been there, but maybe not, and now that i see it, i'm panicking.

so, what i found was a small bump/skin flap thing near the bottom opening of my vagina, and also that my left inner labia is more swollen than usual at times.

could the flap being a piece of my hymen? 
the dr used a metal speculum, so i dont know if she saw the inside as well as she wouldve with a clear speculum.
she didnt mention anything being wrong, and like i said, ive never really examined myself this extensively before, so it might have always been there.

anyone, please, any help is appreciated. im panicking and have work in a few hours and cant calm down. im so worried :(.

You can also suddenly develop reactions to pads and tampons - scented or unscented - because of the chemicals in them. I've know a few people who have developed sensitivities to them over the years.
