sorry, I'm home alone on a friday night feeling pretty gross and in pain, so here's another question for ya.

What exercises can I do to help my cramps?
I try not to take medicine unless I absolutely have to, and in the past I've been able to exercise at the gym to help, but I don't have a gym readily available to me right now.

Do any of you exercise to alleviate cramps?

I've always read that regular exercise helps alleviate cramps - I run and do aerobics classes 4-5 days a week. I've also read that orgasms help with cramps; I often masturbate and never really noticed if it impacted my cramps at all (I get them really randomly; sometimes I'll be totally fine and other times my stomach and leg and even my foot will ache so badly I want to throw up) but I say it's worth a try - at least it's a fun kind of exercise. ;)
