Hair Removal

Hi, I'm a girl and I go to college and live away from home, so it's inconvenient for me to find the resources or time to wax. I seem to have alot of hair for a female. My facial hair grows pretty quickly. I usually wax at home, and that works pretty well, but my upper lip hair returns after three weeks, and I also have hair on my stomach. Unfortunately, I have dark hair, so it's noticeable. Is this normal? Is it a hormonal issue? Is there a certain hair removal cream or wax or method I could use to impede hair growth altogether, or at least prolong the hair growth period to longer than 4 weeks? It's so inconvenient. Thanks!

i have hairy arms too =(

i used to wax for about 3 years and then i stopped... i think that was a little more noticeable as i was just starting college when i began waxing. the people i've known since then noticed when i came back to college after summer break with hairy arms =/
