Sex on Top?

This might be a weird question, but anyone have any tips for riding on top?
I just can't seem to get it right.

Edit: No problem getting his penis in -- the problem is starting and getting that in-and-out motion.

The first time I rode cowgirl, I just kind of straddled him, faced him, and braced my hands on his shoulders or put my hands on the bed to thrust. It works better if he holds your hips and helps out with the thrusting.

What exactly are you having trouble with?
