hey kids.
i'm fresh on board this community. quite happy to be here amongst other vagina beholders and devotees.
hope you all are well this afternoon.

quick question: due to some allergies recently, i wasnt able to wear contact lenses because my eyes were sensitive and burning. subsequent to this, sexual activity began causing a burning sensation on the walls of my vagina.
would it be possible that this too is related to my allergies? i have no other symptoms in that region to speak of...and since my cold has cleared up the sensation has lessened significantly.
i'm going to my gynocologist in a month, i'll ask there too.
but has anyone experienced anything like this?

Was it just sexual activity that was making you feel all burning-ish? Or was it saliva/semen? Because I know that I went out with a guy once, and I was alergic to his saliva, so whenever he kissed me, I'd totally break out in this MAJOR rash...NO FUN! Anyway, it could be that. There was also an episode of ER where this chick kept breaking out in hives, and ending up in the ER, and they finally relized that it was because she was alergic to her new husband's semen. Just a thought...hope that helps!

allergic to a S/O semen or saliva must be tough...how does one work that sort or thing out?

Well, it was weird...a little bit awkward for a while, but we worked through it. *Shrug* Ok, more like I worked through it. *Giggle* I eventually just got used to putting the cream stuff all over the place wherever he kissed me. :) Sad, huh?

i've been with my boy for over a year with no problems, so thankfully, i'm more than certain that i'm not allergic. :)
yr episode sounds awful....i hope everything ended up resolved.
as of this afternoon everything seems back to normal on my side...no more burning (and no more tension. hurrah for that.)
