X-rays + BC

im going to flying in a couple days and my BC pills will be in my carry-on of course. do the x-rays from the machine they screen luggage with compromise them in any way?

No - they'll be fine. And they'd be x-rayed (probably with stronger x-rays) in your hold luggage too.
