i recently bought some rephresh since ive been feeling a little..dry. i've read the directions and everythings but im still a little confused about the application..do you use it as you would a tampon??

I don't think that those are good to use. If you've been feeling dry you should just drink more water and use lube when you have sex or masturbate.

Isn't RepHresh about restoring pH levels? I've not heard of it being used to combat dryness.

If dryness is your main problem, then I agree with the poster before me. Drinking lots more water will surely help with that.

To answer your actual question, though, according to the RepHresh website: The applicator is inserted into the vagina just like a tampon. After pressing the thick end of the applicator, a small amount of clear gel enters the vagina. :)

If you're dry you probably need more water...that happens to me whenever I slack off drinking a lot of water. Also, if you are any medication, including over the counter stuff for allergies and the like, that can do it too.

I've never used rephresh, good luck with that though :)

Hmmm, that is weird :/ Maybe it's where you are on your cycle or something?

Sometimes bodies do weird random things lol
