I'm losing an average of 8 lb a month (not on WW specifically, but on calorie limiting/high fibre, which is quite similar), and it looks something like this:
1st week after period: 4-6 lb loss 2nd week after period: 2 lb loss 3rd week after period: 0-1 lb loss Week of period: 0 lb loss (sometimes even a gain)
What's going on, as far as I can tell, is that the water retention as I get closer to my period is masking my true weight loss. So, after my period, I lose the water I was retaining and my true weight shows.
So, the weight you may have lost could have been partly water weight, but -- WHO CARES? It's gone! Celebrate. :D
