My best friend and I both can't swallow pills. I've tried multiple times. They get stuck in my throat and I either gag and cough them back up, or I have to drink hot water to dissolve them. So now if I have to take pills, I just crush them and put them in applesauce or whatever.

thats exactly how i am. a couple of months ago i accidently swallowed a small piece of candy whole, no larger than an m&m and i totally freaked out. hopefully by the time i get pregnant they have chewable vitamins too.

Yeah, if I accidentally swallow candy or something, it gets stuck in my throat and I freak out :P

They do have chewable vitamins...but they're really gross :P
