So, i just got a call from the guy i'm sleeping and yep, he's just being tested positive for chlamydia...great. I know this is easy to treat thru antibiotics (happily)
but for the past few weeks i've experiencing itching on my inner and outer labia, occasional burning while urinating, and the last time i had intercourse it was unpleasant-burning and painful. I don't have any abnormal discharge, growths, smells, or signs of crabs etc. It's just itchy ! So, my question pretty much is; can this itching and discomfort I have been suffering have been caused by chlamydia??I've read up on it a little and I've been getting mixed opinions. anyone here know anything about it?
thanks:)

My friend also told me that treatment is drinking this NASTY concoction...just to warn ya, LOL!

Date: 2007-01-17 08:01 am (UTC)Don't worry too much about an extra two weeks. Some women go years without knowing they have it and those are the ones you really have to worry about. You can try to tell them you're afraid you have an infection, maybe you can ask to have them call if someone cancels an appointment. Or try other clinics if that's a possibility.

Date: 2007-12-19 03:30 am (UTC)But I thought it would be interesting to say I've been ithing too. Not sure exactly if it's beause I just had sex for the first time in a long time..
I have other symptoms too, spotting, naseua, and sometimes very itch.
I'm hoping it's nothing else. The itching. I guess I'll report back if it turns out to be so.
There are certain boys you know you should trust, then 3 days later you find out that they're infectious.
