Join Seattle Midwifery School in welcoming homebirth pioneer and internationally renowned midwife author, Ina May Gaskin. She'll be joining us in Seattle in Februay to help us kick off our 25th anniversary celebrations.
Sunday, Feb 16, 2-4 pm Ina May Gaskin "Your Body Still Works!" lecture at Town Hall in Seattle; exhibit hall open from 1-5 pm; tickets $10 in advance/$15 at thedoor;
Monday, Feb 17, 9 am -12:30 pm – "Reducing the Primary Cesarean Rate," a forum for birth professionals at Carco Theatre in Renton; special guests Ina May Gaskin, Penny Simkin and Danae Steele; CEUs applied for; $40/$30 for students

A part of the proceeds will go to the fantastic organization Home Alive (http://www.homealive.org) (you may remember it being mentioned in Inga Muscio's classic book Cunt.)
