Do men prefer a woman with a shaved pubic area? How come?
And also, my Nair for bikini line bottle says not to put the stuff near my vaginla or perianal areas. Just how far down should I use this stuff?

While he enjoyed the variety that an occasional trim or waxing offered, in the long term, he knew that I very much enjoyed the fact that my pubic hair was the only hair on my whole body that was curly. And he very much enjoyed -- and was aroused by -- watching me play with it.
Certainly most of it amounts to individual preference, but sometimes that individual preference is for hair. :)

Date: 2006-11-26 02:32 pm (UTC)To the OP: asking how men feel about pubic hair is like asking how men feel about chocolate ice cream. Some love it, some hate it, some could take it or leave it. What's important is how you feel about it, since a compatible partner for you is someone whose preferences fit your feelings.

Date: 2006-11-27 12:44 am (UTC)My current partner is one of the former: though he sometimes says that a trim would make performing oral sex a bit better, he really doesn't care either way. We've been together a long time, we're comfortable with each other, stuff like shaving our bits (or legs, or...) just doesn't matter very much these days, and I don't have the time right now to be bothered.
An old friend of mine was one of the latter. He came from a family of very strong women, none of whom were big into shaving. It's not so surprising that when he grew up, he found that body hair of all sorts was a big turn-on for him... pubes, leg hair, whatever. It wasn't that he associated it sexually with his mothers and sisters, but that he couldn't help but associate total body hair growth with the incredible qualities they had that he admired so much growing up... so a full-on bush to him basically screamed "HERE IS THE AWESOMEST WOMAN EVAR."
Preferences like body hair often really depend on what we grew up with in that regard.
