My friend and I were having a debate, and I feel a little silly asking this, but...if a male and female have repeated unprotected sex, and the girl never once cums, is the male still at serious risk of getting HIV from her? Or would the risk for him be lowered because she doesn't cum?

Date: 2006-08-23 01:17 pm (UTC)You are at risk of HIV if you are exposed to sexual fluids or blood, period. Female orgasm does not increase or reduce the risk of being able to pass on STD's/STI's at all. Vaginal/Semenal fluids transmits diseases.
For that matter, it's possible to get an STD from a male who hasn't orgasmed, from precum.
The only way to lower the risk of getting an STD/STI is to use a condom every time, before any fluids touch your genitals, anus, or mouth. The only way to NEVER get it is to abstain from sex. Bottom line.

To the OP : Yes to all of the above. The orgasm has nothing to do with the transfer of HIV.
