My friend and I were having a debate, and I feel a little silly asking this, but...if a male and female have repeated unprotected sex, and the girl never once cums, is the male still at serious risk of getting HIV from her? Or would the risk for him be lowered because she doesn't cum?

Female orgasm has nothing to do with a girl being able to ovulate, get pregnant, or transmit disease.

You are at risk of HIV if you are exposed to sexual fluids or blood, period. Female orgasm does not increase or reduce the risk of being able to pass on STD's/STI's at all. Vaginal/Semenal fluids transmits diseases.

For that matter, it's possible to get an STD from a male who hasn't orgasmed, from precum.

The only way to lower the risk of getting an STD/STI is to use a condom every time, before any fluids touch your genitals, anus, or mouth. The only way to NEVER get it is to abstain from sex. Bottom line.

The spreading of STDs has nothing to do with orgasms. HIV spreads through bodily fluids, so if fluids were exchanged, the male could still get HIV.

On the other hand, if a male and female have repeated unprotected sex, and the girl never once cums, the male is at serious risk for getting hit in the head with a frying pan or dumped for a better lover or something.

Ease off on the repeated unprotected sex and try some other things and see how she likes them. :-)
