cryos and periods. oh my!

um. i just realized that on the day im scheduled to have my cryo, i'll be on my period.
im just assuming that's not okay. would i be right in assuming that?

do you think i should reschedule, or try to skip my period on my otc-lo?
i semi-successfully did it one time, by skipping my placebo week and starting a new pack backwards.
i considered it only "semi" successful because it pretty much just...delayed my period for a week and a half and then i spotted a ton through the rest of the active pills..and then had a period.

but. i wonder. if i tried to skip it and got spotting or even some light bleeding if it would make a difference?

id really rather just get the procedure over with ASAP instead of rescheduling.

Call your doctor's office and ask if your period will interfere with the procedure. Best-case scenario, they'll tell you it'll be fine. Worst-case, they'll reschedule.
