yes, this is vagina related, right? sorry if its not allowed.

does this stuff work? http://www.folica.com/One_Touch_Cream_d97.html

i used to get my bikini line waxed but after 3 years, i said to myself, damnit i am NOT a masochist and this hurts too much.

also, alot of times when the hair would grown back after a bikini wax i would have terrible itchy painful rashes-so i said screw this.

Anyway, looking for some kind of alternative here.

that website, folica.com has a whole bunch of creams-are any of them good?

i hope the links came up as links, if not please mention it so that i can make them proper links.

Thank you!

im actually gonna cross-post this to the question club just for fun.

I used a cream hair remover twice - the first time I was super impressed and loved it, the second I had it on for all of 3 minutes and I thought my skin must have 3rd degree burns. I ended up with chemical burns from it and it was one of the most horrible things I've ever experienced. Although there was no permanent damage done, I'll never use one again.

And yes, it was a sensitive formula designed for use on the bikini line - it was really awful anyway.

I would suggest if you are going to use one to patch test and make sure you aren't allergic and to make sure you get a sensitive/bikini area friendly version because they are less abrasive (supposedly - I've never used the other kind). I know lots of people who have had much better luck than I have but I still like to caution people - those are semi-harsh chemicals in a sensitive area!!

Good luck!

Ive tried using hair removal creams many times, and it has never even dented the hair.
But then, my mum uses them, and gets wonderful results (but then, that is leg hair..)
And i do know a lot of people who say they work wonders.
I just have cast iron leg hair, not even waxing gets rid of it all. The only thing that gets rid is a razor, and then the smoothness only lasts a few hours..

same here. i think it just depends on the person. a friend of mine can get rid of it all using nair bikini cream, while the stuff wont do anything for me but smell

i've used nair...which didn't do much..it removed some hair (bikini and legs) and then i had to go over it with a razor briefly to get the rest off.

then i used veet. worked much better. still had to go over my areas with a razor (briefly) to get rid of remaining stubble.

both of these burned the hell out of me...but no noticeable marks were left. both smell awful. both just seemed to burn the hair, and not get down to the follicle, hence the after shaving.

BUT, with both, when i shaved after it, i stayed smooth for a little over a week.

so. i say do a patch test before you do anything. it's different for everyone.
