VCH Piercing

Hello. :) So, I've decided to get a VCH (vertical clit hood) piercing. And I'm wondering what all ya'll knew about it or even if any of you had one or knew of any really good reference sites regarding that specific piercing or what-have-you.

The biggest concern I have is healing time, because my partner and I don't get to see each other except for once every couple of weeks and so we get straight to the sex when we do get to see each other. He says that he wouldn't have (vaginal) sex (so, the plus would I'd still be getting oral and anal, either way) with me until after it's healed, because he doesn't want to risk getting it infected, but how long does it take for it to heal and when can you have sex again after getting it done?

I love mine! I don't have much in depth to say, but I found it quite painless, very attractive, stimulating, and a special bond with my partner (he got his PA pierced at the same time). I highly recomend it as an exciting way to adorn your vulva!!

I definitely do think I'm going to get it, especially because I've heard so many stories about how it really doesn't hurt that bad and how good it feels after it heals and all of that.

The one thing that's bothering me is that my lover and I rarely get to see each other except for every couple of weeks and when we do see each other, obviously, we're having lotsandlotsandlots of sex, and he's worried that if I get it and he comes and visits me then we won't get to play. So, how long after you got yours done did you have sex with your partner?
