I last menstruated April 28-May 4th. I have had problems with irregularity in the past, sometimes going as long as six months without a period, so my GYN put me back on birth control. Three days ago, I missed a pill, so I spotted some the next day. I took my pills the day I spotted and today, but I am now spotting again. Should I jsut take this as my body's hint that it's time for a period and not continue the active weeks' pills?

I'm a little annoyed/reticent, because I can't find my DivaCup and it made menstruating fun.

Note: I use the BC only for regularity, not BC.

Don't stop taking your pills!

Unless it's doctor's orders... but don't just stop taking your pills because of spotting. It's only doing that because your body is adjusting and/or you are just starting the pill again and need to let your body get used to it. It can take a few months for that.

To sum up. Don't stop taking your pills. :)
