I have been on birth control for about three weeks now. My boyfriend really wants to come inside of me and I want him to too but I'm really afraid of getting pregnant. I just read the post about a girl whos boyfriend comes in her and then she inserts a tampon for about an hour and is safe. I know it's not the best idea but does anyone have any advice or think I can do this without getting pregnant?

If you are on HBC, it is safe to let your boyfriend come inside of you. Using a tampon after sex won't increase your risk of pregnancy, but it won't reduce it either (though I'm not sure if that is what you're asking). If you are taking HBC, you are not ovulating. No ovulation = no pregnancy, no matter what you do or don't do to get the semen out after sex. If you take your pills everyday at the same time (or within a few hours), you are very much protected from pregnancy and do not need a back-up method if you know your partner is STD-free.
