I highly reccomend "Mothering" magazine - it's all about natural parenting, and they are always doing articles on veganism, vegetarianism, etc. and pregnancy, birth and beyond.

They are crunchy, but I don't find them unrealistic.

Congratulations on the impending mommyhood and good luck! Keep us posted on how you are doing.

P.S. If you go to my profile, you can see a bunch of natural pregnancy communities that I belong to...feel free to check them out (I'm just too tired to write out all the links right now). I'm a doula in training and an aspiring midwife, so stuff like this is my hobby.

Both "Ina May's Guide to childbirth" and "Spiritual Midwifery" by Ina May Gaskin are great resources. She has great recomendations for how to get what you need, as well as stuff about natural childbirth.
