Venting about cramps...

I've always had bad cramps, but never THIS intense. Today they were intense to the point that I had to go home from work. It was the sort of thing where not only do you have cramps, but you feel extremely sick to your stomach, nauseated, dizzy, etc. It didn't help that I was stuck in a superstuffy and hot back room sensoring clothes. After I began to dry heave, I figured it was time to go home.

This pisses me off. Damn you cramps, costing me valuable opportunities to make money! *Shakes fist*

I used to have those symptoms before I went on BC. It sucked...sometimes it helped to sit in a hot bath. That and sleep, if you can. (I know, not really so conducive to the money-making) Also, my doctor recommended taking baby aspirin during the week before my period, so maybe try that. It seemed to help some months.
