Mine wasn't that painful either. I was more woozy from the anesthesia than anything, although I would recommend taking it easy for a day or so...no champion weight-lifting or anything. If you're on the Pill for hormone regulation purposes, remember that a tubal won't help with any of that...my doctor told me (and it's been backed up on many forums online) that that's the biggest complaint women have about the procedure. They blame the increased bleeding and cramps on their tubal, when it's really because they've stopped taking BC.
