Since I've gotten off birth control, this problem has gotten much worse. I have what feels like a UTI, but it only occurs at night. Usually around 8pm. I'm not doing anything unusual during this time. It's not right after sex. However, having sex - irritates it majorally. The other night when I had sex it felt like I was burning FIRE afterwards. I feel like almost a little lubrication helps and eases the pain. My vagina just feels really dry and irritated and I feel pressure near my ovaries.

I've been burdened with UTIs before, but normally they bother me all day. So I'm stumped. I don't want to jump on the bandwagon of antibiotics because I have horribile stomach problems that antibiotics normally make worse.

Any ideas?

I'd suggest going to the doctor to get a urine sample tested. It may be an early UTI, & better to catch it early. If it's not a UTI, I'd really suggest going to the gyno & getting an exam just to make sure everything is alright. I've had sex like you've described while I had a YI, so that could be cauing your burning feeling. Not sure how long you've been of BC, but it's possible that your system is just trying to get back in order & adjust to life without extra hormones. Overall, I think it's best to be safe than sorry & get checked out just in case.
