Hey everybody,
I'm going to be going on a trip this summer, first driving about three hours, and then a week later flying down to southern California (which will take about 2 hours). How do I store safe sex stuff (condoms, dental dams, etc etc) in these situations? I know you're not supposed to keep condoms in your car, will it damage them to sit in a hot suit case for a few hours in the car and airplane?
I would buy new stuff down there, but I really don't have the funds. I got all of this free at the pride parade in San Francisco (wee!)

would everything you need fit in a purse or anything? they'd probably be okay in a purse in the car and airplane, with like, air conditioning or something so they don't get too hot.

It would fit, although I'm a little worried about it being there, because the location I'm driving to first is a family reunion with my ultra conservative, born again Christian, "we hate gays, we hate sex, oooh and we love to hate gay sex" family, and I'll feel very nervous with them so easily accessable. But maybe I can like, stash them in my suitcase as soon as I get there...

Some sort of carry on or something? Perhaps invest in a larger purse you can fit the stuff in? I wouldn't leave any of it in a suitcase, I'm not sure how long would be too long, but I'd be paranoid about any amount of time.

Try maybe a small leather pouch? *real* leather doesn't heat up as bad as plastic and it should fit in your purse. Just put a few tampons over it in case someone gets a peek. ;3
