I have a question.

My period should just about be ending. My bleeding has tapered off as expected and all things are fine. Except...I am more moody than usual. By this time in my period, my hormones should be back to normal but they're not. During this period, my breasts did not get tender at all like they normally do. I am not on bc of any kind.

Does anyone know what can cause this? Any solutions?

sometimes i get periods where for about two weeks i'm completely moody and there is just no other reason.

periods really vary a lot you will notice after a while. sometimes i get horribly sensitive boobies, and sometimes i'd never know i was having my period.


this sounds odd, but my doctor told me that taking calcium pills around your period can help you feel better in mood. i never tried it though.

Yeah, I've had mine for about six years now so I know about the variations..this is just the weirdest variation I have experienced.


Strange calcium. Hrm, I haven't had my vitamins in a while (they have calcium). I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
