Waxing at Home.

I just got Sally Hanson's bikini waxing strips, which I'm not too happy with. This was my first experience with waxing, and the strips barely took any hair off, and just resulted in a lot of pain and redness and me being unable to any more.

Does anybody have any hints/tips or know of any other products that are better? I mean, if it is going to hurt, then I definately want it to work!

P.S. My boyfriend is assisting me with this, since I don't have the courage to pull it off myself or the right angle (:

I just tried the Arabian sugar technique from the-clitoris.com (http://www.the-clitoris.com/f_html/shave_t.htm) and it worked pretty good on my legs.

I sacrificed an old T-shirt, but muslin is also reccomended. < lj user="shaved"> has a nice entry about sugaring that I just found, but you need to join the community to view it.
