Okay, so my vulva hates me right now. The poor thing suffered some bad razor burn yesterday (I'm usually really good at shaving, but I don't really know what happened to tell you the truth) and started chafing overnight last night as well. Now, I noticed while I was in the bath about fifteen minutes ago that it also has a small (yet very painful) tear at the top where the lips part. Normally, if I had just one of these pains, I would just leave it alone and be careful for a day and it would go away and heal. I have no idea what to do with three of these pains, though.

The stuff I have currently at my apartment is Vagisil, vitamin E oil, and Summer's Eve lotion. Can I use one of these to help it out, or am I going to need something else? This triple threat is hurting the hell out of me, and especially sucks since I'm at my most fertile of the month and therefore horny with nothing to do about it (unless I want to hurt myself further, but ugh no). Help, please!

I would get some aloe vera gel.
I once got THE WORST razor burn and the only thing that helped was aloe vera that was in the fridge (the coolness definitely helped) and I bought some stuff from a store called "bikini 911" or something that helped with the razor burn.
when the hair grows in enough I suggest getting it waxed so you can start again.

as for the little cut? I have no idea. Maybe something to stimulate healing like saltwater?

I use benadryl cream to soothe razor burn and chafing. Tea tree oil feels nice too, but be sure not to get it on the mucous-membraney stuff, just the mons pubis and outer lips if they're irritated as well. And wear cotton underwear because it keeps the skin drier. If i wear nylon or polyester underwear when I'm shaved it itches a lot.

I have never had a cut or tear though, so I don't know what to do for that, maybe put some antibiotic cream on it?

in the same place that the person above me said, I put a thin layer of neosporin until it stops hurting and then i wash it off.

I would personally recommend aloe vera gel, cos it's cooling and relieves the pain quite a bit- but maybe also use a couple of drops of tea-tree oil if you've got any cuts- because it helps to heal as well as keeping it from being infected- which I'd say is a significant risk down there.

Love your icon, btw. xx
