Tightness

I've been sexually active for 4 or 5 months. I'm in a monogamous relationship and have been on birth control for 5 months.

For the past few days, I've been incredibly tight. To the point where it takes around five or ten minutes of him stretching me and a good four or five tries before he actually gets in. It doesn't hurt at all-- it's just not going in. It's not a problem with lube, because I'm always plenty lubricated. We don't use condoms. We've never had this problem before, and I have no idea what could be causing it.

On a related note, these past three times we've had sex-- when I've been so tight-- I really haven't enjoyed it much. I usually enjoy sex a lot, but I just really haven't been getting anything from it. Nothing has changed, except for the tightness, and I've also begun to experience a weird pain during sex. It's not that he's hitting my cervix-- I know what that feels like-- but it's more like he's hitting the back walls of my vagina, weirdly enough. I've been mildly constipated for the past few days as well, and I think this might be related.

Does anyone have any advice, either about the tightness or the pain/constipation? Should I just stay away from sex for a few days and let my vag sort out its business? And this is paranoia speaking, but is there any chance these could be symptoms of pregnancy? My period just ended on Thursday and the tightness began on Friday.

Thanks!

I tighten up to high hell if I have sex without a condom. is this a new thing or have you never used them?

I think the constipation could definitely cause that kind of trouble. It sounds kinda gross I guess, but if I'm having sex and I have to go to the bathroom, I can feel kind of a lump on the back walls of my vagina. That could definitely cause the kind of "hitting the back of my vagina" feeling :P

If it's a real problem, try eating more fiber (I usually eat All Bran cereal with a ton sugar on it when I'm having problems) or a stool softener maybe? I've never tried that stuff but I suppose it's worth mentioning?

Are you feeling as aroused before sex as you used to? When I try to have sex and I'm not really feeling into it, it's much harder for my SO to enter me. This tends to happen when I'm stressed or worried about something unrelated in my life.
