Well according to the gyno I've been to, sometimes the uterus just doesn't make enough lining to shed. It could also be a number of things: stress, pregnancy, retarded hormones...:P Are you having any other abnormal symptoms or stress?
Why did you think that was necessary or helpful? It's rather clear you're pissed off about something or at something, but this isn't really the place to excersize that.
As well, you're incredibly uninformed, it seems, which is something you should be ashamed of.
It is quite normal to skip a period if you're excessively stressed, undergoing weight loss OR gain, if you've changed eating habits, if the amount of excersize you've been doing has changed... Some girls can sneeze and skip a period, others are like clockwork. If this is extremly unusual for you and things haven't changed much, you might want to check out a pregnancy test. Because, thanks to Mister Helpful Guy, we all know that's a possibility.
